Welcome to the latest issue of Metaphysical Mind. The focus for this Ezine will be helping others spiritually. This is a very important subject for you as an individual part of humanity.

We are all deeply interconnected. As a result of this oneness, your ultimate purpose in life is to help others spiritually. As you will learn in this newsletter issue, the way to spiritual growth and self-discovery is through helping others.

You can do this every day, in a hundred ways. Why not practice it with the first three people you encounter after reading this?

It is really a very easy thing to do -- yet it can affect a person mightily. All you have to do is look for the best in that person, and then show it to them, right then and there. Describe it. Admire it. Thank them for it.

Do this for three people every day and watch how your whole life can change. At last you will realize what you are doing here. All the rest will be just stuff and nonsense.

We are all deeply interconnected. We all belong to the same species on this living organism we call Earth. When you help others, you are helping yourself. All we have is each other, so we need to be looking out for each other at all times. As humanity evolves this will be considered obvious... I am sure that we all look forward to it.
