Jason Randhawa: A Brief Autobiography
My name is Jason Randhawa. Both of my parents were born and raised in India. I was born in Saskatchewan, Canada while my mother was studying dentistry in Saskatoon. Shortly after my birth, my parents moved to British Columbia. My dad was born in India, the youngest out of six children. With the support of his eldest brother, as the youngest child of the family he was able to study medicine and become a practicing doctor in India. When he came to Canada, his credentials were not really recognized and he had to go through a lot more schooling to become a licensed physician. Almost anyone who knew my father would agree that he was a very wise and generous man. He was a practicing Pathologist at the hospital in Kelowna for quite a few years. He held free health fairs throughout the interior of BC. He also played an integral role in the building of a new Sikh Temple in Kelowna. He was diagnosed with a lethal form of cancer and he moved on from the physical plane not too long ago. Although physically he is no longer allowed to affect the Earth, through the way I was raised and the physical situation he left me in, I believe he has planted seeds of greatness within me. Through me I am sure his spiritual ideals and his true generosity will live on forever. My family still resides in Kelowna, BC. This is where my sister was born, and where we grew up. It is a beautiful valley with a big lake in the middle. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to grow up there. I have had a very close relationship with the Okanagan Lake and I find that almost anywhere near this lake is a place of power for me. I have always been fascinated by the many subjects that can fall under metaphysics (philosophy, religion, parapsychology, mysticism, yoga, meditation, ESP, dreams, astrology, self-help studies, positive thinking, reincarnation, etc...). For as long as I can remember, I used to think about these things all the time. When I was little there were things that I knew, that I shouldn't have known. I even knew that I shouldn't know these things. So I kept quiet and attempted to sweep these things "under the rug." At a very young age, one of my Dad’s best friends, a doctor he studied with in India, gave me the book Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. This book deeply affected the way I thought and acted. It made me realize that maybe I wasn’t so "crazy" after all. Whenever I got a chance to discuss these metaphysical ideas, with close relatives, I took up the offer very quickly. I really enjoyed hearing other people's thoughts and input on some of these ideas. By the time I was twelve I began to meditate with my dad daily. After a while, it became like a ritual, and something that I had to do. I immediately stopped meditating, even though my father became slightly upset with me. Then for a while, between ages 14 and 15, I began to devour all the information I could take in on wealth, inspiration, self-help, and positive thinking. From here, through a series of books, I was led back to books on spirituality. For a couple of months I became very religious. I believed that religion was the answer. Within a few months, I became bored of religion, since it did not resonate with me. Because of this, I began to do my own research on spirituality/metaphysics when I was only 15 years old. From here, I had some amazing experiences. I was able to connect with my guides and really develop my intuitive abilities. I went to meditation groups, channeling sessions, metaphysical courses, etc... I explored the areas of metaphysics to the best of my resources, and then some more! Since then, I have been able to uncover an amazing amount of information about spiritual metaphysics and the philosophy of metaphysics. I really wanted to share this information with others, and I also wanted to expand upon this information with the help of others. From there, I began to create the website you are now looking at. I built this website to provide everyone with all the free information and support they need on their inner, metaphysical journey of self-discovery. All my life, I use to look for some great resource that would provide me with everything I needed to understand myself, for free. I was never able to find that, so I decided to create it myself. Another major spiritual transformation occurred within me after reading Eckhart Tolle’s book A New Earth. This book was truly life-changing for me, as I have never been so deeply affected by written words before. This eventually led me to be interested in awakening, global peace, 2012 prophecies, the new children, etc… I began to realize there was a lot of confusion about these “New Earth” concepts. This led me to self-publish a book titled The Future of the New Earth: A New Vision for Your Reality by Jason Randhawa. I took on the role as editor for this important project. I searched out “experts” on the New Earth and gave each of them a chapter of the book. Together the book is comprised of a bunch of different “expert” opinions and ideas on the future of the world. This brings me back to the present point in my life. Currently I am a student living in Montreal, studying at McGill University. I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience/Psychology, and I am planning on getting an MD. I would love to practice medicine as my father did. I have many big visions for the future, and I am dedicated to bringing these to the world. Basically, I plan on dedicating my life to raise awareness and to heal (and be healed by) Mother Earth. I am not afraid of pursuing big dreams because I understand that it is only through your own outlook and perception that you understand/change the world. "The future has several names. For the weak, it is the impossible. For the fainthearted, it is the unknown. For the thoughtful and valiant, it is the ideal." -- Victor Hugo Thank-You for Allowing Me to Share the Experiences of My Life, Jason Randhawa PS I would absolutely like to hear the experiences of your life.
